I started JPF Venture Group to align my work with my values. Growing up in public housing in London and later serving in the British Royal Navy taught me the importance of resilience, discipline, and a commitment to helping others. These experiences shaped my conviction that business can and should be a force for good. In the past forty years, I have invested in companies that address real human needs—because when businesses improve lives, they also strengthen communities and create lasting value.
