Early Life and Naval Service

Jeremy grew up in London and joined the British Royal Navy at age 15. He joined the Supply and Secretariat Branch (now Logistics Branch), and after completing professional training, his assignments included the office of the Commander-in-Chief Western Fleet HQ in North London, the Captain's Office of the aircraft carrier HMS Ark Royal (R09), and serving in various roles at NATO commands in Portugal and other countries. His Navy experience instilled in him the values of discipline, responsibility, and service that continue to guide his work today.

Immigration and Entrepreneurial Journey

After immigrating to the United States in 1990, Jeremy pursued a career as an entrepreneur and investor. He founded Medical Technology Inc. (MTI), where he acquired the rights to a children's vision screening device. Jeremy managed the design and manufacturing of the device that identified serious eye problems in preverbal children and those with developmental difficulties. The device received FDA clearance, MTI went public, and the rights to the product were later sold to a major international eyewear company. Since then, Jeremy has invested in Ocean Thermal Energy Corporation, a company that holds a contract with the U.S. Army to provide solutions that enhance resilience and energy independence for remote military bases in tropical regions. He founded Elevare Corporation, a housing developer revitalizing neglected neighborhoods by repurposing underutilized, blighted, and abandoned properties into high-quality housing for America’s working families.

Jeremy lives with his wife, Lesley, on a farm in south-central Pennsylvania. Together, they have three married children, six grandchildren, and a golden retriever named Ginger.

• Ocean Thermal Energy Corporation (OTE Corp): advancing renewable baseload energy and desalinated water for island nations, coastal communities, and U.S. military bases.

• Elevare Corporation: creating safe, high-quality workforce housing and mixed-use developments in Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic.
